DRAWN is a creative community that brings people together through making, conversation, and shared experience.
We create welcoming spaces for artists, makers, and the creatively curious to connect, experiment, and present work in real life. Our events balance professionalism with openness, and being unapologetically human.
In a culture driven by speed and perfection, DRAWN values process, presence, and the human touch. Our gatherings are intentionally considered — community-led and grounded in Shropshire.

to Strength
Our biannual Makers Market has become a highlight, attracting both seasoned creatives and curious visitors to Shrewsbury. Dogs are also welcome :-)
The historic setting in the Dye House at the Flaxmill Maltings provides the perfect backdrop for a weekend filled with creativity, inspiration, and community spirit. The DRAWN Collective takes pride in extending a warm welcome to both locals and visitors, creating an inclusive atmosphere that celebrates creativity and its importance in our community.
DRAWN not only caters to local artists but also attracts visitors from outside the county. This event serves as a bridge between the public and the talented makers, creators and shakers in the DRAWN Collective.

We began as an illustrators fair but have grown to include all creative ventures. The Markets and Workshops are curated by Cherie Jerrard to showcase talent, fun, innovation and skill.
For Collective Meet Ups and various events - sign up twice a year to take part (this is separate to our Makers Markets / Pop Ups).
